How WiN Accelerator Works
We bring together cohorts of carefully vetted, curated mid- to senior-level professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and founders. They are high achievers with investable assets or actively building toward greater investment capacity.
Each member walks in having declared a $4,000+ pledge toward our Angel Investment Fund from day one. It is a participation requirement.
Together, alongside your cohort and our team of advisors, you move through two phases of interactive learning experiences and active investing. By the end, you and your peers are equipped with the knowledge and due diligence skills to deploy the angel investing fund collectively across 2-5 Caribbean enterprises by Q3 2028.

Launching between Q4 2026 and Q1 2027, the Investor Readiness Learning Lab is a two-day event where we begin to fill in the gaps. We step into the capital conversation and understand how investment, ownership, and development actually move.
You will walk away knowing you own and our collective values-aligned investment power and pathways.

The Market Immersion

Where the program expands.
Phase Two is the Ecosystem Immersion in Jamaica, where eligible participants will engage with entrepreneurs, ecosystem leaders, and market opportunities.
The Jamaica experience is designed to deepen due diligence skills, strengthen market understanding, and help participants explore impact and values-aligned investment opportunities in context.
